Step One: Choose Your Team

Discordian

Current Modifier:
66 %
Dedicated to the Cult of the Golden Apple, Discordians worship the chaotic mysteries of their natural world, referring only vaguely to a goddess of the Void in their preaching. Discordian society reflects their deified notions, with minimal emphasis placed on ownership and leadership. Those who command respect lead, and the idea that another faction has a right to its people by birth is next to alien to them. Discordians prefer to be loosely affiliated with one another, but when their faction is threatened, all emphasize that their goddess will not allow them to be removed from the universe. Discordians under threat are extremely hard to clear out due to their uncontrolled guerilla-style fighting.
Vagabonds

Current Modifier:
79 %
WARNING: THIS SELECTION IS FOR ADVANCED PLAYERS ONLY

Unwilling to submit themselves to the rules of a faction, no matter how lax, Vagabonds turn instead to themselves. Strikingly independent, dedicated only to the protection of their people and determined to live by their own free will, Vagabond societies are strikingly different from one ruler to the next. Willing to work side-by-side with factions when it is necessary to continue their survival, Vagabonds are also quite willing to go raiding against the factions. Useful allies and a nuisance of an adversary, Vagabonds keep a close eye even on their fellow Vagabonds. Trusting of no one but themselves is a common trait among these factionless peoples.
Technocrats

Current Modifier:
97 %
Former pupils of the forgotten god Unitos, Technocrats turned from religious hocus-pocus to the pursuit of the sciences. Under the opinion that religious centralization forces the good to go greedy, Technocrats instead focused on engineering a society that would embody the perfect representation of Unitos, albeit, one that paid a mere lip service to the god. Technocrats’ scientific achievement created a science so permeating, that Technocratic society has become a despotic lordship of the bureaucracy over the masses, where the Faction is above all, and all are under its unmerciful gaze. The shaping is more powerful than the birthing.
Aquila

Current Modifier:
91 %
Under the belief that their birthright is to own the stars, the patrician class of the Aquila faction place a high value on proper diplomatic and military techniques. Claiming all planets as part of their figurehead of an emperor’s dominion, Aquilan champions proudly plant the Emperor’s eagle standard wherever their faction has spread. Their expansionist ways strengthen the aristocracy's power. The decadent patrician class is openly scornful of the lower plebian class, willing to throw away an untold numbers of plebian lives in the pursuit of their goal of total domination. The patricians have but one question on their mind: “Will I win?” It is a question considered before every battle, and the costs mean little.

Now that you've decided, please select the faction you wish to join:
Discordian
Vagabonds
Technocrats
Aquila
