If your account expires after 30 days of inactivity, we delete all your information from the live database. Backups are only used for rollbacks, if one should be necessary for technical reasons, which could expand the 30 days limit by a few days.

We reserve the right to send e-mail messages with important game related information to your specified address, while your account is active.

All information you provide to our billing partners are seperate from our data and cannot be referenced. Please see their privacy policies for more details.

To prevent cheating, we are tracking login sessions and referers for every account. We also use cookies to identify returning players and to store their player session. None of this information is used outside the functionalities of the game.

When ordering credits or upgrades through our billing partners, we only pass on your login name, not your username, for reference. No other data is transmitted. Our billing partner returns your real name, e-mail address, amount paid, date of transaction, and the provided login name. We store this data in a seperate database to be able to double check the automated processes and add the purchased items manually if necessary.
